How long will my order take?

All our products are custom made to your requirements and take 15-20 business days for production and delivery from the point of artwork approval. from factory.

Why does it take so long to produce?

Our manufacturing process upholds the highest standard of customized sportswear using dye sublimation. This process allows full control over your design, turning your garment into a blank canvas. Each order is designed, printed, dyed into fabric, cut, and sewn together to create a finished product.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Return Policy?

We understand that sometimes your item didn’t end up being perfect for you. We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.

All returns/exchanges must be done within 20 days from original order date.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

CUSTOM JERSEYS are FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned. If there is an error on our part we will get you a replacement out to you.

NON-RETURNABLE:

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact noquitapparel@gmail.com or for assistance.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all non returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at noquitapparel@gmail.com

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.

We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.
